A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

Beautiful views. abundant wildlife large deck to relax on with outdoor table setting. This fabulous cottage is spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 couches, kitchen with facilities for cooking, microwave, oven, stove . Bathroom has spa bath, separate shower. A wood fire will keep you toasty warm on those cooler nights and all wood is supplied.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. If you’re looking for a private and peaceful getaway, nestled among the rolling hills, whilst being just 3.5km from the township of Apollo Bay, welcome to Barham Hill Retreat. Guests can explore the 40 acre conservation property walking along well-established tracks which winds through the property viewing the magnificent manna gums and stringybarks of the Otway foothills. You will have an opportunity to see an abundance of wildlife including koalas, wallabies and many birds.
