the rooftop balcony is the definitive highlight of this place. direct access to the beach, which is not crowded at all. all in all everything was great. Only downside, as we were traveling with kids and were cooking and bbqing, a dishwasher would have been great. But this did not stop us from having an amazing time. we will for sure come again

The apartment is very clean, recently refurbished and tastefully furnished. The location is ideal at the foot of the family beach of mareny del blau and 45mn drive from the heart of Valencia. The terrace has a wonderful view of the sea. Perfect for families. Two small details: the parking is public and it can be difficult to find places at certain times of the day. The social club is located a 5–10mn walk from the residence and it is necessary to book and pay €4 to play tennis. On the other hand, access to the pool is free.
