We offer you the opportunity to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, preserving its rustic and practical character. The property features a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, including a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a queen-size bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Hi, Gerard called me. I am the host of @MYHOMEPARATI. I like giving you the intimacy that guests deserve with their own fully renovated guest house in January 2024. You can enjoy the outdoor space for relaxing as well as the pool for private use during your stay. (But there is a little exterior visibility.) Free parking inside the estate. The property is located 15 minutes from Barcelona and a few kilometers from beaches and other attractions.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
