We offer you relaxation on the outskirts of Sterzing in a nice apartment with balcony and mountain view. It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! The apartment is our second home, fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

Located in Moso in Passiria/Moos in Passeier the holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Alps" impresses guests with its spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.
