Perfect for nature lovers, this ecological retreat beside our wildflower meadow is the perfect place to unwind. Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

The agricultural territory with strawberry cultivation offers good organic products!

L'Abri Tranquille is a beautiful old house with a separate cottage, large pool and spacious grounds. It is unbelievably peaceful here: you will hear some amazing birdsong. You will enjoy wonderful views, a securely fenced 12m x 6m pool, and large gardens which extend into a paddock. You will also find plenty of places to sit and have a coffee or glass of wine, as well as the large decking area next to the barbecue.The perfect holiday location for relaxing and unwinding.

Le Moulin Bertrand is a former nut mill. The Violette room, with a beautiful view of the park, takes you back to the Belle Epoque. It has all the modern amenities: queen-size box spring, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities. Private bathroom with bathtub, towels, hairdryer, bathrobes and toiletries. Breakfast buffet included, table d'hôtes offered (3 courses, wine, and coffee, €24.50 p.p.). The south-facing heated pool is open from May to the end of September.

You can visit my Gallery The castle and the old Halle next to the house. The pretty Place des Marronniers is 80 meters away. The laundry is 300 meters away too. The stream, the paradise! Not far from "Flow Bike". Fresh and closed bike garage! Castles around. Away from the noise of the crowds, traffic jams, my place is for you.

For a short break in a quiet area, on the edge of the Horte forest and a short walk from the Villebois-Lavalette castle which dominates the Charentais landscape. We will welcome you in a charming private room, independent entrance, with its bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet. Breakfast is included. You will enjoy the large swimming pool as well as the vast flowery grounds, planted with 15,000 m2 and surrounded by woods still very rich in wildlife.

It is an accommodation close to the city's points of interest (historic center, museums, cinemas, restaurants, etc.) and ideally placed to take part in the various festivals. We have the possibility of welcoming cyclists and their bicycles on the route of the flow Vélo.
