You will stay in the oldest town house in Mareuil, dating from 1617... renovated in 2010, and redesigned by me in a workshop spirit You are in the town center with all amenities within walking distance Gîte run by an "upcycling" designer, the interior decoration changes according to my creations and possibility to visit the workshop.

The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
