We had a great monthlong stay! The place was well appointed and completely stocked with everything needed and more. We were offered free weekly cleanings, tho we only accepted one time. That was quite unexpected and generous, very helpful to clean up our initial mess. Very centrally located for food and drinks, shops, and transportation. Attila offered helpful tips on events, eateries and the like. Just walk a few steps for everything.

Everything happened as discussed. András always answered our questions immediately. Everything was fine in the house. The pool in the yard was very good. I really liked that it is really private, no neighbors, the house has a grill, super. We had a birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much. We will return in August for a weekend again.

A cozy privat house in a very quiet location, still conveniently close to Budapest center. We only stayed overnight being on a roadtrip, but the place was exactly as we expected: nice, clean and quiet. Very cozy terrace overlooking small garden with magnificent cherry tree. Very nice, caring and responsive hosts. Highly recommended and will be happy to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

The villa looked just like the pictures . We were a group of 14 ladies on a wellness retreat and the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen facilities , spa area , outdoor space for exercising were perfect . It was a really nice place to stay in Budapest! It is really accessible through the M3 metro line (3 minute walk from the station) and the apartment was clean and cozy. It contained everything needed for a comfortable visit!

A warm, cozy, and well-equipped apartment — I stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely experience. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge, microwave, toaster, gas stove, and even a washing machine. Everything listed in the description is exactly as mentioned — no surprises, just ease and comfort. The location is excellent too. The nearest tram stop, Komjádi Béla utca, is less than 3 minutes away on foot. Tram 9 and 41 take you straight to the city center (Chain Bridge area) in under 10 minutes, making the rest of Budapest super accessible. Our host, Ildikó, was exceptional — courteous, responsive, and thoughtful. She sent us detailed instructions in advance for a smooth check-in and even shared a curated list of nearby restaurants on arrival. Communication was seamless via messages and phone calls. Highly recommend this place. Would gladly stay again if I get the chance!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria and Ronen's apartment in Budapest. The flat was superb — very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making communication smooth and easy even from a distance. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop with a jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The location is ideal as well, with many of Budapest's main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I was in Budapest for a conference and stayed here for five days before it began. The space was exactly what I needed. The vibe is cozy, comfortable and clean. The wifi was fast. A washing machine for clean clothes. Everything I needed was there, with groceries and supplies nearby. The river path was lovely to walk. The apt is far enough from the center to be quiet, close enough to go for dinner. There is construction nearby (Spring 25) but inside, I couldn't hear it. Being from New York, the price was a staggeringly good deal. I will definitely be back.

I stayed here for two weeks and would have happily stayed longer. Not only is the view actually better than the photos suggest, but the entire apartment was larger than I expected too. The location is fantastic; just minutes from a metro stop, a large grocery store, and a few really good restaurants. I was quite happy to be on the Buda side. All the sights in Budapest are very spread-out anyway, so it seemed more important to have easy access to the metro. And being here helped avoid some of the drunken-tourist chaos in Pest. The apartment has a great shower, and a very comfortable bed (as long as you don't mind climbing in). The blinds darken the room well. Wifi was fast and never went down. The kitchen had everything I needed. The balcony gets direct morning sun, and stepping out there with coffee was a great way to start a day. Vilmos and his co-host were friendly and perfectly clear with all the information I needed. Highly recommend this place, especially for longer stays.

We found this property (on the 3rd floor) ideal for our three day trip (we are a Mum & grown up daughter travelling together). Perfect location, well equipped, very peaceful and yet in the centre of the Castle area. A few good bars and restaurants on the doorstep and fantastic public transport to get across the river to Pest. Would absolutely recommend - don’t let the communal area & the stairs put you off!

Staying at István’s place was a great addition to my time in Budapest. He is a very reliable and accommodating host, and I would definitely consider staying with him again on a future visit to the city.

Tamas offers a really nice accommodation, central but quiet. Easy to get in without using (and potentially losing) a physical key, but just by putting the code in. Tamas made some recommendations and was very quick to respond to my messages. Thank you, Tamas!

Great location! Easy to walk to all interesting tourist spots. Great view of Parliament House. The apartment was extremely comfortable with shutters which blocked the noise and light out which makes for a peaceful sleep. Access to washing machine and dryer helps with longer stays. Local area had a supermarket, gym, hairdresser and nail salon. When we come back to Budapest we will definitely stay here!

We had a great time with Dóra. Her place felt right at home, she even left us some drinks in the fridge. She gave us clear instructions regarding the check- in and accommodated our early arrival. The accommodation was exactly as described and had all the amenities listed. I would recommend it to everyone.
