Holiday rentals with a patio in Margaret River

Relaxing stay. Views are beautiful. Decor beautiful. Comfy beds. Lots to do in the area even on a wet weekend. Loved watching waves and rain coming through, especially delighted to see so many rainbows from the balcony. Can recommend The Common in the resort for a drink and pub dinner and breakfast at Sea Garden.

Great location, very convenient, walk to everything. The accomodation was neat, clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great experience with our 2-year-old who loved spending time with the animals, especially the guinea pigs and bunnies ($5 for the animal food). Super convenient to have a fun and engaging activity to burn off some energy a stone’s throw away. As mentioned in the listing, you can hear sounds from the main house which didn’t bother us but might be relevant for others. Stella was a welcoming and responsive host. Would visit again!

Had a fabulous stay in Prevelly. The host was super helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The best part was that it was right across the road from the beach and right in the middle of the Cape to Cape.

Really great accomodation. Beautifully furnished with a modern beachy feel. Shirley was great and very responsive with clear instructions. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Saltus and were loathe to leave. The grounds were expansive, beautiful and peaceful. The villa itself was huge and extremely well equipped, from a chest full of board games in the TV room to everything you needed to whip up a meal with in the kitchen. The hot tub was perfection. We did find the main parts of the villa a bit on the cold side at night, though the bedrooms were warm enough because of the oil heaters. We definitely hope to be back.

Werner is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and make everything easy for us when we booked a last minute stay when a friend flew in for a surprise visit. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, and the outlook to the garden and dam is private and peaceful. There were thoughtful little touches that you don’t see in many places - complimentary firewood, a bottle of delicious, locally produced wine, some breakfast museli, a loaf of bread, a bottle of milk in the fridge, and all you need to prepare meals. The cottage has history, character and a warm soul that made it the perfect place for us to settle in and relax, catching up on all the life events since we’d last seen each other. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, tidy and easy to find. The back veranda is the perfect place to sit and stare at the view while enjoying a cuppa or a glass of wine. My family and I had a wonderful stay in Georgette Suite. It was such a cozy place and we felt really at home. Nurul and Louie were great hosts and super responsive. The location was super close to town and Coles was about a few mins drive as well for quick groceries. We already missed the suite so much. Hope to be back again soon! Thank you again for being such amazing hosts!

My family and I really loved Alee’s house. It is very cosy, and quiet. The amenities provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location. Walking distance to town and shopping options. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Peta’s property. It was gorgeous, spacacious and clean with a homey feel. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The property is a short walk to town and local shops and restaurants. It did have a large indoor fireplace however there was no firewood supplied to utilise - there was aircon in the main area that we used which worked great and electric blankets on the beds. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful two nights stay at Margaret River and it was as good as it gets. The place was well maintained and had all the necessities we required for the stay. A complimentary bottle of wine is much appreciated. It’s also within close proximity of the town and a short drive from other attractions like the wineries and caves. Would highly recommend others to stay with Kiandra and explore the lovely places around the region.
