Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

A quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and its own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Heating, air conditioning and WIFI throughout the house. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

Our Clavells apartment is located on the second sea line, just 100 meters from the beach. It has a very large terrace with partial sea and beach views, which make this apartment unique. The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
