Old building apartment in the heart of the city of Melk, which offers everything. Located directly below Melk Abbey, in the middle of the pedestrian zone and yet close to the train station. Fantastic apartment with 150m², ideal for families with children. Very tastefully decorated, the peace and relaxation guaranteed. The Danube bike path is 5 minutes walking distance, private parking very close by, storage of bicycles available.

Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

A quiet place with a great view. Large garage available. The host's instructions are shocking. Return the key to the box or you will be fined, sort the waste or you will be fined. Before you arrive, the host will have placed you in the appropriate guest category. It's the same as if the receptionist at the hotel said at check-in that we assume that you will steal towels and expect a penalty. Filling in the form is also annoying, as it is usually data that the host has available from Airbnb.

The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy. It was very well-equipped to cook a meal, although there are plenty of restaurants available nearby too. It was very peaceful and located perfectly to stroll around all of Melk, just 2 minutes walk from the Danube and cycle path. It was lovely to have the garden to eat lunch in, or read a book. We had a lovely, calm and relaxed time there.
