A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

You will live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and drink a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle

Small house + terrace: 3 km from Vienna (15 min train)

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
