Welcome to Villa Victoria – a classic red Swedish house full of charm and history. Built in 1909 as the old vicarage of Mariannelund, it now offers peace, comfort, and the authentic spirit of Småland. The villa sits at the edge of the forest on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by a 1200 m² garden and a spacious covered veranda – perfect for long, light summer evenings. Only 400 m to the bathing spot, 2 km to the film studios, 9 km to Katthult Farm, and 12 km to Astrid Lindgren’s World. Inside, tradition meets modern comfort: a bright, fully equipped kitchen, inviting living areas, and lovingly furnished bedrooms make you feel at home right away. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fine white damask bed linen and organic-quality towels are all included. Wi-Fi, TV, and a sound system are available throughout the property. Villa Victoria is a place to breathe, dream, and unwind – in every season. We’re here to make sure you feel completely welcome from the very first moment.

Large family-friendly summer house in a rural setting

Stay in a rural setting in a large house with park-like garden. Suitable for one or more families to live together (in the same company). 10 beds are included in the basic price - if more are desired: ask in booking. Large kitchen with all equipment you could wish for. You have four bedrooms where you can choose how to distribute your number of beds (two downstairs in the file and two separate upstairs). You will have the entire house by yourselves. Located in the environment where some of Astrid Lindgren's films were recorded. Welcome with the request!

Stay at the haystack and experience the cozy Bullerbyn feeling

Bring your family and friends for a cozy and different overnight stay at Övrarps loge. Here you sleep in the haystack, play table tennis, socialize and feed rabbits/goats. There is space for 10 people and the possibility to rent a sleeping bag/sheet. There are 8 beds, two of which are double beds. In addition, there is also a sofa bed for two people. The cabin is about 300 sqm equipped with a hay barn, kitchen, electricity, toilet, shower, small charcoal grill and charging post for electric car. Smoking and candles in the cabin are totally prohibited.

Welcome to Kyrkenäs, our idyllic house by Näshult that we rent out when we are not there ourselves. The house is completely secluded in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Stay in our charming little retro pearl of 78 sqm with large garden just next to Pelarne church. 5 minutes to Bullerbyn. 10 minutes (1 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens Värld. The house has two bedrooms, a common room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and a single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adult.). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Stay in our cozy guest house with its own garden. Close to, among other things, Astrid Lindgren's World (20 km), Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes, etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Note: You clean before check-out (unless otherwise agreed) and bring your own towels and sheets

Cozy apartment 15 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World. The accommodation is on the third floor of the house with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and a new small bathroom with shower. You also have access to a dining area in the garden. ICA store, playground and Mariannelund's candy factory are within walking distance as well as several swimming lakes. Please Note: You clean before check-out and bring your own towels and sheets. No pets allowed.

Stay in the countryside in Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby. The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

Welcome to our charming cottage, renovated in 2019, with a high standard in a scenic rural location. It is close to Bullerbyn, Katthult and other places that appear in Astrid Lindgren's books. The accommodation is 90 sqm and sleeps 6+2 guests. Enjoy fast fiber internet with Wi-Fi. Explore Astrid Lindgren's World, just 15 km away, and create memories for both children and adults. During your stay, you can charge your car on site for a fee.

The farmhouse in Mariannelund

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.

The little red

Our dream in Sweden that we would like to share with you. Close to Michel of Löneberga, the children of Bullerbü and of course Pippi. The little red is also close to Asjön with the swimming area of Spilhammars Camping. The nearest grocery store is about 200 meters away. Our house also offers a large forecourt where you can play the popular game "Kubb," for example, a beautiful playground and much more.
