Monthly Rentals in Mariaville

We have stayed at Emilia’s places several times and are always happy to do so. It is an awesome place to stay while visiting UMaine. The location can’t be beat. The kitchen is functional and well stocked. We always get supplies from their store and cook at home for some meals. It is clean, comfortable and great parking. You can walk to restaurants, bars, the library and the river. We will miss it now that our Black Bear has graduated.

Can’t say enough about Craig’s beautiful lakeside cottage. If you like remote, peaceful and being close to nature this is for you. The house and contents seemed brand new and they had thought of everything we could want, right down to pancake mix, maple syrup and Maine blueberries for our breakfasts. An easy drive to Acadia. Craig was communicative, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and hope we’ll be back.

Joan & Jim’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. private and serene with use of the boats on a beautiful big pond. the home well exceeded my expectations. the shower got nice and hot with good pressure. kitchen had everything we needed. acadia was about 45 mins away and was a super easy drive. cannot wait to come back. thanks for an amazing vacation ☺️
