The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. Fußläufig findet man sowohl die Skipiste der Bürgeralpe samt Skischule (ca. 3 Min.), als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa). In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
