Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and satellite TV (Astra). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

The guest rents the whole house with their own entrance and lives there themselves. Bedroom with a double bed and two beds that are folded out of the sofa. Thick mattress. Family with more children can reach out to the host. The guest final cleaning. Bed linens are available but at a day's rent we see that the guest has with them. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Replaced directly to the host. Cleaning can be obtained against SEK 400. Paid to the host.

Cozy house in the forest outside Mariestad

Unwind in this oasis and enjoy the silence in the middle of the forest on one of Sweden's smallest plateau mountains. Not far from the house is Kvarnstensgruvan, where you can explore the mines and eat something. There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. Electric car chargers are available. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 800.

Mariestad

family friendly semi-detached house about 1.5 km from the center of Mariestad. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms . 1 double bed and 3 x 90 beds are distributed in the bedrooms . Downstairs there is another bedroom with 1st 90 bed . So in total there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Outside there is a barbecue , hot tub , trampoline ,swings and some other things for the children . Welcome to our guesthouse on our farm located in the middle of Vadstenaslätten next to Lake Vättern. Here is close to Vadstena with medieval environments, castles, monasteries, cozy small shops and restaurants. South of us is Omberg, which is also one of Östergötland's most visited excursions. Fågelsjön Tåkern is located east of the farm. There's a lot to see and experience.

A well-loved family house which has been home to five generations. Most of the house has been newly renovated 2013-2015. It is located on its own on the island of Torsö with a vast garden and a stunning view of lake Vänern from the spacious terrace.
