Apartment with fantastic views. You look all around over St Maarten and the sea. Apartment was very fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine available. There were also new bath towels ready. Everything looked taken care of. Definitely recommended!

great location, quiet while being close to many bars and restaurants. Cozy cottage very well equipped with its small tree-lined gardens, a little paradise. I recommend it 100%, can't wait to go back.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Very well appointed. Great location. very quiet & family friendly. but still very close to whatever you need. Just steps to swim in the ocean or pool

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Easy access housing, everything is done independently. Clean and functional. It is well-equipped. Thank you to Sharich for his hospitality and the gift for my birthday.

My first time in St. Martin and feel very lucky to have stayed here. Location was great - 10 minutes or less to shops, restaurants, grocery, and wonderful bakery. Explored the island by bus, taxi, and great walks and hikes. Liked that it is a secure building. Pool nice to cool off and get some sun and could listen to the sounds of the ocean. So nice having the bedroom upstairs. WiFi worked great for getting some work done. Everything so clean and well organized - felt like home. Thank you so much Jean Louis!

Awesome place to stay in Cupecoy, SXM with quick access to the French Side, Maho Bay, & Simpson Bay. We have friends that are local on the island and within a 15 to 30 minute drive we could get to where we needed to be each time! Jayne’s team is communicative, friendly, and accommodating! Would love to stay here again in the near future if they would have us!

We had a great stay at Laurence's place. It's a good balance between the distance to Marigot and being in a peaceful area. Her place is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, beach items and even with inventory needed for electricity shutdown or no running water.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Host was super helpful and responsive host. Unit was perfect for our stay and view of the ocean was great. Perfect location too, great resources within walking distance.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Beautiful place. Good location if you’re looking for peace and quiet and to relax. Easy to find. Close to the airport. Kitchen had lots so I was able to make food every day. Short walk to a market. The Nespresso machine was a nice bonus.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!
