Altagarcia is an amazing host. Friendly,responsive. Loved the isolation of the neighborhood,the views and enjoying the outside porch for everything from coffee to an after dinner drink

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

My family and I have stayed at dozens of rental homes all over the world. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had. First things first, the house is CLEAN. So very clean and modern. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens and good quality pillows. The bathrooms are spa-like with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is a dream! Fully stocked with great quality appliances and tools. The pool was crystal clear the entire week. The backyard is an absolute oasis. There are houses all around, but the backyard is so private. The owners did a wonderful job with trees and flowering bushes. You're just a short stroll from the gorgeous beach. The beach clubs, water sports and restaurants are excellent! My teen daughters loved the pool area, upstairs deck (with charming swing!) and beautiful beach to take all of their hundreds of photos! The best part of renting this house is the wonderful Laurette! She made us all feel like VIP guests! 10 Stars!

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It's an amazing location, with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday here with friends. Everything is exactly as described. This property is truly beautiful and located in a convenient and VERY safe area. Our host was very helpful and gave plenty of recommendations. The place could use a full length mirror, but other than that…literally nothing negative to say. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Amy was very accommodating and quite pleasant. Any issues or questions were addressed immediately. Will definitely be staying in Amy's villa on my next visit to St. Maarten.
