Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Great place, overall. Would recommend. Clean and tidy apartment. Located in an area with tons of local restaurants and shops to visit. Marigot seems to have a bad reputation, but we certainly didn’t agree with that. Visiting from Canada for our first time in Saint Martin, it was a great place to start with local tourism within walking distance and plenty of places to eat within a stones throw. The apartment is cozy, but well decorated and arranged. It felt safe. Check in was easy - despite a few hiccups because the host was very responsive and sent photos to help us out. Great for a couple who is looking for a place to crash and want to be close to the water and fine dining. We’ll be back!

By the end of my trip, I was so glad I stayed at Floriane’s accommodation. I felt right at home and it had everything I needed. Everything matched the photos and her description of the place. She was quick to respond to any issues I had. I loved every minute of my stay and would absolutely recommend!!

Don’t know what to say honestly. Pictures don’t do justice of the outstanding view this place has to offer. I would absolutely recommend this place for a private get away. Tess and Hugh had great communication and provided great places to enjoy in the surrounding areas. 10/10 experience! ***P.S. the only 1 star review about this Airbnb is completely false. You are surrounded by nature which you can clearly see In photos, so why complain about nature if your looking to get away from the world and be in such a beautiful place like this 😀

Close to everything and very comfortable. My family and I feel at home in this duplex. There's everything from a full kitchen to a handy washing machine for emergencies. We had the pleasure of meeting a neighbor of the apartment, Deanne, and what an amazing woman. I believe that the trip, just for having met you, was worth it. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.
