Monthly Rentals in Marina at Saint James Plantation

Judy and Mike were very responsive, very flexible and friendly. The stay was exactly what I hoped for. my daughter and I were able to walk to the beach with ease and even passed the splash pad, park and pickleball courts on the way! The stay was clean, quiet, and cozy, would absolutely stay again, Felt right at home!

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

As you step into the condo you have a beautiful view of the marina . The porch is lovely with tables and chairs to relax , eat and drink. Each of the 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated as is the combo kitchen / living room. It is a peaceful place to enjoy after spending time at the beach, walking the nature trail to the park, golfing or exploring Southport.

Treehouse at the beach is so sweet and cozy and welcoming! When I pulled in the driveway, I was greeted by the sight of a beautiful garden in front of the house. The host came out to greet me, told me multiple times if I need anything, just ask or call, but other than that he said, "I won't bother you otherwise!" It's an easy walk to the beach, they have a kayak available and a nice backyard with a firepit. I was there to take care of some business, so I did not make use of the many offerings. Next time, I will make time to do so!
