Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marina Beach

Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Very nicely decorated house. Nice community. It is a bit noisy in the house, you can hear cars passing often. The noise dies down during the night luckily. Thanks the host

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the very first moment, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness is so evident and constant. The structure is splendid, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. The care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience is clearly perceived

It was a great place to stay: very comfortable and with beautiful interior design. I chose the place mainly because of the very close proximity to Dubai Marina and the design of the apartment. Marina was very responsive, friendly and accomodating. I appreciate the possibility of safely storing my luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out. For the guests: don't miss using the sauna (30th floor in tower 1) and remember to turn it on yourself 30 minutes prior to using, because it is off by default.

We booked the apartment as a family of 5. Our idea was surpassed. The location of the apartment is perfect. There are some nice places to eat right at the marina, and the food market is just around the corner. It is a 5-minute walk to the metro. From here, you can easily and cheaply travel to the Burj Khalifa and the associated mall. The infinity pool is fantastic. The water is pleasantly cool, and you can also eat and drink cheaply here. Pizza Margarita €13 and beer €3. The children slept on the pull-out couch and the parents in the king-size bed. For our youngest 9 months, we had a cot provided. Communication was fast and precise, and early check-in was also possible, thank you very much🙏🏼. We felt so comfortable, as if it were our own home. We didn't want to leave at all. We were in another apartment before, so we had the comparison. THANK YOU

Had an amazing stay, the apartment is in such a convenient place, with just a short walk to JBR and the Marina area. Loads of convenient shops around. Besides this, the apartment itself was so clean and the vibe was amazing. Not to mention the amazing view… pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be coming again and hoping this apartment is available at that time :).

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
