Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Marina Beach

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

I stayed in this house for about 20 days. Everything was great. The house is very functional. Having a parking space and spending time in the garden was wonderful. The house is quite spacious, away from noise, and very quiet. I would definitely choose it again.

Absolutely one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in, unbelievable view and hosts and mgmt team were great. Luxury and the private beach was a dream. Great job! Thanks for having us.

Greg was super friendly from day 1, and very pro-active in helping us make our decision. We flew in on business and were mostly out, but it was super easy to drive to and from, without a gigantic traffic on way in or out. The apartment itself was clean and building service was also helpful. The value was really decent for this size of an apartment, as you don't have to squeeze into a hotel room, but instead have a view of the harbour and part of the palm. Sometimes you can hear parties that take place in vicinity of the hotel, but that's unavoidable in most parts of Dubai, as the place gets really busy over time and these happen all across. Would recommend and stay again. Cheers Greg!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt der Beschreibung – sauber, modern und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der traumhaften Aussicht auf den Poolbereich – einfach herrlich, vor allem am Abend! Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine schöne Zeit in Dubai verbringen möchten!

one of the best locations in Dubai, close to the tramway and metro. 5min walk to JBR and 2min walk to the promenade. close to Marina Mall. the place is cozy, great for solo travels or couples. I recommend 👌

I had a very nice and Comfortable experience.

Excellent service close for everything close for the beach close for the restaurant they have a supermarket downstairs. Everything is friendly very good. We have a good time and everything clean and nice seeing everything look like the photo and they’re very good. The owner and they respond every message that he text me that he called me for anything and they’re very nice and they have both you can rent and they give you good tours I recommend everybody they can rent the apartment and they have a very very good communicated in the apartment is so beautiful. Everything is beautiful and everything is close. The beach only like five minutes walking the rest restaurant downstairs the beauty salon, the supermarket downstairs in everybody’s friendly and the marina is the perfect spot. You can stay because you’re very close for everything
