This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Please consider booking our 1 bedroom unit on this property.

We’re located just 12 mins away from Monterey Downtown, Aquarium and 15 mins from Carmel and Pebble Beach! Quite getaway yet close to town. This tiny house is not perfect at 130 quirky sq. ft. but is detached from our main house. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway! Full size bed & private bathroom. Stocked with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, towels, cups, wifi, silverware, hair dryer, etc. Separate entrance through a locked gate in our secure backyard. Sorry, no kitchen in the space or laundry.

If you are looking for a home near the beach look no further! Our home is short drive or even a walk away from the beach! Our home is fully furnished with everything you may need while on vacation! 2 bedrooms have 2 full size beds each and the third bedroom has a Cal King bed for extra space and comfort! One of the bedrooms has a full bathroom and a shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. Home was recently remodeled for a better experience for our guests!
