Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

This penthouse in Siena completely stole our hearts! It was so spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed—we truly didn’t want to leave. The views from the windows and terrace were absolutely breathtaking. I honestly think this is the best spot in all of Siena if you’re looking for stunning views of the city and countryside. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, which made a huge difference for us. We were traveling with our two-year-old, and they went out of their way to accommodate his sleep schedule and make our check-in seamless. We’re so grateful for that extra care—it made our stay feel even more special. If you’re heading to Siena, don’t think twice—this place is pure magic.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Wow wow wow. If we could move in here we would. Beautiful space, where you can tell everything has been thought of to make your stay as smooth as possible. Best AC and showers that we have encountered in Europe. The balcony on the Arno though of course truly can’t be beat. We could have enjoyed another week!

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

A fabulous apartment with a super historic. I highly recommend this very modern clean and spacious apartment. We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Best place for a family to stay in Florence

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. The apartment is in Massa Maritima, a very picturesque village. The location is right in the heart of the village. There are very good restaurants nearby.
