E-house is located a few meters from the free beach (about 150), which can be reached through the comfortable stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a sandy beach that is reserved even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that provides privacy if necessary.

Located on the semi-basement floor, it is a unique environment with a round bed, illuminated by lights with a starry sky effect, a dining area, a small retractable kitchen, an elegant bathroom (with hairdryer, hair straightener, bathrobes, textile set and cosmetics) and a small private veranda, equipped with an outdoor shower. Includes cleaning every 2 nights with a change of towels and a supply of breakfast products; change of sheets every 4 nights.
