I am very happy to review Mr. Giovanni's place, who as a host was really impeccable. The house is about 9 minutes from the sea and has a very well-stocked supermarket nearby. We found the place clean and served everything you need. I would recommend the accommodation to groups and families given the availability of space (indoor and outdoor) and amenities close to the property.

We loved our stay in Ortigia. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. We found it difficult to find the apartment when we arrived though as the door was obscured by the market tables and tents and the lockbox didn’t work. Fortunately we were able to contact Aurore who assisted. Otherwise a great stay. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay, four adults and our 8-month old baby. Nice apartment close to Marzamemi, a cozy old fishing village with lots of nice restaurants! Communication with Laura was exceptional and she was so kind with us. Thank you so much for having us!

Rosa is very helpful and kindly let me park my car at her spot right outside the apartment ,while she park behind my small car. The location is excellent and walkable to many places of interest .

Wonderful apartment in Ragusa close to lots of great restaurants and things to see in the center. Ragusa Ibla is a 25-minute walk, which I found to be lovely. Best of all, Mauro is a generous and accommodating host.

beautiful house, well furnished, lovely shower, beautiful garden with veranda, wonderful location, (hard beds but we experience that all over Italy) nice place, wonderful beach, nice hospitality. To come back!

We felt super comfortable in Charlie's vacation home from the beginning. Everything was as described in the ad and nothing was missing. We particularly enjoyed cozy breakfasts and dinners on the two terraces or the first coffee of the day on the roof terrace with sea view. My favorite place was the hammock - also with sea view - where you could relax wonderfully. The holiday home is also a perfect starting point for various excursions. For example, we found it super nice in/on "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio", which is only about 10 minutes away by car. The personal contact with Charlie was very nice and informal. He is an attentive, but still totally unobtrusive host, who has plenty of tips for restaurants, excursions, etc. And we also got fresh eggs from the chickens. We would book the vacation home again at any time! Thank you, Charlie, for letting us be your guests :-)

Nice location, wonderful in 'the middle of nowhere', with a nice swimming pool. Apartment is fine and cozy and can be kept cool by air conditioning. Kitchen utensils are simple but sufficient. Slightly better quality and larger pans would be better because they are now dangerously hot.

Green oasis near beach We enjoyed 4 days in Claudio's well-equipped place. A big plus is the large, well-kept garden, which we were allowed to use. Family-friendly beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. In addition, the pretty baroque cities in the hinterland are easily accessible.

Giuseppe was a wonderful host. He came and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Always quickly responded to messages and very kind person. We would happily stay at his home again.

We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem for Elisa. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants in the area and even reserved a table for us late at night in a nearby restaurant. Throughout our stay, she remained easily reachable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The accommodation was well-kept, modern and clean. We appreciated having access to a secure, enclosed parking area—just a one-minute walk from the Airbnb. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short stroll from the beach, which was a real highlight for us. A nice bonus: the Airbnb also had a beach umbrella that we could take with us to the beach. In our opinion, a rental car is a must, as public transport options seemed quite limited and the shops were about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Elisa as a host! We would come back anytime!

Set in a peaceful olive grove this was a great place to finish our holiday after the bustle of Palermo and Taormina. The accommodation is clean and compact, bedrooms minimally furnished but with all you need and the kitchen had everything. Staying here is about being outside in amongst the olives and by the lovely pool. Worth mentioning that there is an outside shower as well as separate loo and sink in the outbuilding so although the accommodation reads as two beds one bathroom there is no need to queue!! The team had filled the fridge and provided a basket of goodies which was very kind as shops are a drive away. Thank you Alessandro, Martina and Daniel for your warm welcome and attention. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Lucia's family home. Communication was fantastic from the start but this continued with a catch up to hand over the keys and a tour of her beautiful family home. There were notes left for swim spots, restaurants, must see activities plus a beautiful handwritten book on the island and some welcome goodies. The house itself was huge, with ample room for two adult children with us. Air con was a welcome with temperatures at mid thirty as was the huge outdoor terrace which was used daily. Th kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, washing machine, lots of equipment. There were games and yoga mats, swim towels and everything you may need plus a selection of items if you had forgotten anything. We worked our way through most of Lucia's restaurant suggestions, all were fabulous. I swam at least twice a day in the crystal clear water 5 minutes from the house. The bus was easy from the airport and we also took the bus to Nato. Thank you Lucia.

Fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described. The place is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need while being away from home. The location is perfect for going to the market, touring the city and there are delicious food options everywhere. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

Our host came out to help us find the location that overlooks the amazing Ortigia market (omg those sandwiches!!!) and has a sea view. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Bustling by day, quiet at night, our family of 4, 2 kids ages 7&9, absolutely loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Parking in a lot nearby was easy. Host gave incredible recommendations, was instantly responsive and so kind - even recommending options for our kids. Felt like home, would stay again and highly recommend!

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend
