Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Vasto

Barbara and her husband welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, they showed the place in detail and its features. They made themselves very helpful by giving us tips and useful information. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for families, including children's amenities. We had a really great time. We recommend it.

The apartment is nicely decorated, the very large terrace offers a breathtaking view and panoramic view. The house is located directly on the very nice and clean sandy beach. The city of Termoli is a few minutes' drive away.

We spent magnificent days in Graziamaria's apartment. Thelatter is even more beautiful in real life and boasts a spectacular terrace that blends into one with the sea and sky. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and descending you are practically on the beach. It has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and has impeccable cleanliness, there are also two air conditioners. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Francesca and her husband Mario, people of a unique welcome. I hope to return to this little gem on the Adriatic soon!

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Massimo was very kind and very helpful, a friend. He was able to give us all the useful information for our stay, also taking care of reservations at restaurants and bathing establishments. My wife and I have just spent 2 nights at Pinuccia's place in Termoli on our way to Tremiti Islands and thought it was perfect. The apartment is in a great location very close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. A very pleasant feature was access to the Bahia Azzura beach facility with free use of sun lounges and sun umbrella. The restaurant at the beach was great value, friendly and superb food. Pinuccia and her daughter Francesca were extremely friendly and helpful and kind. Cake, drinks, coffee, milk, cafe machine, beach towels all provided. The apartment is spacious with a very large and very comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Furniture is lovely tradional Italian style so the apartment feels very homely and Italian. A nice breeze kept us cool in the evenings. All very quiet overnight for a relaxed sleep. Wifi worked well. All in all we thought it perfect and good value! Thank you so much Pinuccia and Francesca.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Termoli is a busy port town but the apartment is in the old city of Termoli. Mainly walking streets and great views from the city wall. I emnjoyed my stay in Termoli. Thank you Maurizio for being so helpful.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

I had a lovely stay in Luigi and Anna’s flat, the flat was very close to both the train station and the beach, and had everything I needed. I would certainly stay there again another time and would highly recommend it!

beautiful accommodation, clean and complete with everything (washing machine and dishwasher included) The apartment is in a great location with respect to the sea. The only drawback is the railway very close, however with the air conditioning, you can sleep with the windows closed and the problem is solved. Great accommodation

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

Roberto was a super responsive and friendly host helping us make the most of our days in Termoli. The apartment, although little airy and bright, was very clean and cozy.

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!
