Pasquale was really very friendly and accommodating. He answered every question right away and was able to help us with any concerns. Check-in & check-out was straightforward and the proximity of the beach was really the highlight for us. You should know that the accommodation is more suitable for two people and offers a little little space for three (and not enough cutlery, chairs, etc.) but for both of us it was more than sufficient. The water was great, wifi worked great, everything important was nearby (shopping, pharmacy, ..). The only desirable would be air conditioning, as the ceiling fan may not be sufficient for the people who are not accustomed to the climate. We would come back any time and really enjoyed our time in Tropea at Pasquale.

A pleasant stay with a pleasant view from the terrace of the sun rising from the sea and the greenhouses on the opposite side that pays largely for the third floor without an elevator. Mariangela was courteous and hospitable, providing us with all the useful information to our particular interest regarding the history of Byzantine Calabria.

Francesca is a wonderful host: friendly, helpful & quick to respond to messages. Her apartment is extremely clean and spacious and we enjoyed the sweeping balcony. Yes, the stairs and hill make it a bit of a climb to get there, but well worth it. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Tropea. We’d definitely choose to stay here again.

Vincenzo was super nice, picked us up from the train station and took us there on departure. He explained the area very well on the way to the apartment, so we quickly found our way around. The apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the balcony with sea view.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Tropea , Stromboli and the beautiful sea. Highly recommended for those like us looking for tranquility and landscape. A villa with great attention to detail. Very nice pool. Marcello is a helpful and kind person. The apartment is very simple. I recommend bringing dish soap, toilet paper, and water.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

We had a great time. The apartment is very well equipped. Mario and Natalia welcomed us very warmly. There was extra cake and limoncello, both very delicious. Also, the fridge was filled with milk and juice, coffee capsules, water and tea as well as jam, everything was available. The beach is great. We didn't do much else. Snorkeling there was awesome.

Accommodation in the heart of Pizzo, renovated and clean. Equipped kitchen and essential the presence of the air conditioner given the hot days. Francesco is a kind and helpful host, helped by the omnipresent Mrs. Viola, equally kind and friendly. Absolutely positive experience.

Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Francesco is a very nice host. We used Google Translation to communicate because we didn't speak Italian. The accommodation is clean. The furniture (apart from the fridge, washing machine and microwave which are new) is dated but functional and that's all we needed. Although noisy, the portable air conditioner saved our nights. Indeed we are not used to sleeping under such temperatures. A pair of earplugs and it's all set. The bathroom is refurbished, it's appreciated. The garden is amazing, passion fruit, lemons, oranges... a real joy. Travel can be done on foot for the beach or restaurants. These 2 days off in our road-trip were at their best. Grazie Francesco!

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Monia was an attentive and helpful host. The stay was clean and well presented, and in the perfect location to explore the historic old town and beautiful beaches!

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Perfect city centre destination with amazing balcony!

We were fully satisfied with the stay . A nice quiet and quiet apartment in the greenery, satisfied requests regarding the borrowing of kitchen utensils that the host kindly gave us, the convenience of the location to reach Tropea and surroundings (of course with the car, since the house overlooks the state road). Friendly, friendly and always available and available host. Highly recommended

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

We had excellent time at Romana’s place: it is light, cozy, neat, with a magical seaview ☺️ The flat had everything we needed and is located just three minutes away from a beach. We would love to stay there again next year!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Apartment 50m from the sea, tidy and bright. Fabulous area and in 10 minutes by car you have the opportunity to visit other beautiful areas. A helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended!
