Our stay at Naoki's place exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was perfectly clean, fully equipped, and excellently located — this was one of the top apartments we've experienced in all our travels. Just a few minutes by car to the sea and city centers. Naoki’s approach was also perfect; he provided us with all the necessary information in a timely manner, and everything went very smoothly. Thank you once again, we will definitely come back.

I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

Logement simple,qui correspond à la description. Très bonne literie,situation idéale. Possible de prendre le train pour Rome et le lac Laguno. Ville tranquille. Très bon glacier. Le restaurant Avus est très bien ,cuisine très fine. Très bon rapport qualité prix. .

Giulia’s place was a nice little gem where I had everything that I needed. I slept well and it was quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and it was in a good location. It’s a close walk to the train station but pack light or take an uber/ taxi if you have a lot of stuff since there are stairs to the apartment and in the walk to get to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the town and location, so if you want a more laid back alternative to being right downtown in Rome, this is great. Also her parents are super lovely and supportive. Giulia is super responsive and takes pride in her space. I’d stay here again 🤗

Estadia muito boa. Apartamento muito tranquilo, acomodações limpas e confortáveis! Anfitriã muito clara nas explicações e facilitou muito o check in. Região boa, com linha de metrô muito próxima e rede de ônibus até o centro bem acessível também! A casa é bem equipada com tudo que um viajante precisa! Sem dúvida retornaria e deixou minha estadia em Roma mais segura e facilitada!

Uma experiência que merece ser vivida! Ficará para sempre em nossa memória. A vista é melhor do que nas fotos e não conseguimos desgrudar das janelas. O movimento na Fontana, ao contrário do que se pode pensar, não atrapalha a experiencia, pelo contrário, só deixa tudo mais memorável. Ao fechar as janelas à prova de som, nenhum barulho pode ser ouvido. Adoramos!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was perfect—walking distance to so many iconic sites, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, stylish, and packed with amenities that made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

The host went above and beyond for us and was so responsive, the recommendations and webpage they provide is so helpful and one of the recommended restaurants ended up being our favorite from our entire trip in Rome (Trattoria Monti). The place itself- STUNNING! Grand! Squeaky clean. The only small downside was not a lot of towels were provided and there’s no dryer, but that is just small. Pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous! Honestly, the apartment is even better than in the photos - it is very stylish, cute and perfect for 1 person (which was in my case), but I believe that it would be ok also for two persons for a few days. Kitchen is amazing and bathroom above expectations - very clean and with lots of cleaning and beauty products that this nice host left for use. It has lots of day-light, it's private and safe, as located in a building with secured and closed entrance to the garden. Street is very quiet and nice and it is reachable by different buses from the city center or Garbatella. Also very easy to reach from the Fiumicino airport. I will definitely come back when I am in Rome again.

Soggiorno in un oasi di pace all’interno di un golf club, la casa è immersa nella natura. Appartamento confortevole, pulito con tutti i servizi. I proprietari sempre disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato sia per viaggi di piacere che di lavoro.

Soggiorno perfetto, appartamento come da descrizione, host molto gentili e disponibili. In caso dovessi tornare a Roma tornerò sicuramente qui!!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.
