Staying with Vincenzo, in his Fabula, was a real pleasure! A spacious, elegant, clean and fresh space. Very quiet at night, perfect for resting. I only spent one night, but it was enough to appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the environment quiet. Vincenzo is a kind and helpful host, attentive but never intrusive. You can feel the passion he puts into welcoming his guests. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay, in a context of proximity between the city and the Roman suburbs!! See you next time!!

Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

Very well located, clean accommodation with a very friendly owner - total recommendation!
