Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mariscal Sucre

We loved our stay in San Marcos, we had to go back for a second stay before leaving Quito. It’s a beautiful home, with beautiful art and a beautiful garden with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. It’s also located right in the heart of historic downtown and minutes away from all the attractions.

El lugar es muy limpio, impecable como en las fotos, disfrute 4 días con mi familia, estuvimos muy cómodos, existe la posibilidad de contratar a Blanquita para cocinar y limpiar el lugar y la recomiendo al 100% valió la pena, cocina excelente y tiene una hermosa actitud, lo que sí vale la pena tomar en cuenta es que el valor del hospedaje depende de cuántas personas se hospedan si volvería y lo recomiendo mucho

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

La casa es muy grande. En la mañana a veces era difícil de encontrar a mi familia 😂. Verónica fue súper buena con la comunicación y muy complaciente con nuestro horario de check out.

This place is incredible! It offers a breathtaking view, and the surrounding area is remarkably safe. Additionally, it’s conveniently located near several pubs. I highly recommend it!!!

A estadia como um todo foi muito boa e a repetiria. O apartamento possui muitos comércios ao redor, como supermercados, padarias, restaurantes, farmácia. Também possui ponto de ônibus com várias linhas. É um apartamento bonito, organizado e confortável. Um facilitador foi ter um cofre para pegar e entregar as chaves, sem necessidade de depender de alguém para entrar no apartamento. A anfitriã sempre respondia as dúvidas com rapidez e gentileza. Tive um problema porque o fogão elétrico estragou no segundo dia de hospedagem. Contudo, foi reposto no mesmo dia. Havia no apartamento roupa de cama extra, toalhas extras, produtos de limpeza, papel higiênico no banheiro, um aquecedor portátil. Tinha máquina de lavar, contudo, não a usei porque estava com muito poeira dentro. O único ponto negativo foi referente à cozinha, para quem fica por muitos dias e precisa cozinhar. Possui pouquíssimas panelas e utensílios. E, faltam facilitadores como microondas, liquidificador, forno.

Un apartamento ubicado en sector lindo ,agradable para caminar con parque , para practicar tenis , Micro etc….. fácil de llegar mejor que en las fotos una vista estupenda,impecable todo ordenado Fer! Amable siempre atenta , un apartamento genial ! Volveré ✨

Mi estancia en el alojamiento de Andrés fue demasiado agradable, el lugar cuenta con todas los servicios que ofrece, pudimos descansar con tranquilidad y el anfitrión super bueno, de hecho tuvimos un pequeño retraso para el check-in y amablemente nos esperaron. Definitivamente en un próximo viaje regresariamos a este alojamiento.

La casa es hermosa y muy acogedora

La propiedad de Esteban es muy hermosa, tiene una visibilidad de paisajes preciosos. El tiempo que estuvimos junto a mi familia pasamos hermoso en las instalaciones y en el amplio patio que tiene, además Esteban siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, así mismo Miryam nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias. Muy recomendada la propiedad de Esteban.

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

Fue una estadía relajante y tranquila, la casa es antigua pero muy cuidada , Maria Agusta fue una anfitriona increíble siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades, realmente la pasamos increíble, justo lo que necesitaba con mi familia, un lugar cerca para poder movilizarnos en diferentes horarios y a la vez nos sentirnos alejados de todo. Muchas gracias por todo esperamos volver pronto.

Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Isabelle et son mari ont été très accueillant, ils sont à l'ecoute et n'hésite pas à proposer leur aide. Leur maison est très confortable et facile d'accès en voiture. J'ai passé un très bon séjour.

La casa del vikingo es un lugar agradable, llevo de tranquilidad y muy buen ubicado. totalmente recomedado. la hospitalidad y atención es muy buena.
