La casa ha un parcheggio privato e si trova all interno di una grande villa con parco che arriva fino al mare.

A large living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, dining room, kitchenette, laundry room. The small terrace on the floor, which is equipped, provides additional outdoor living space. Restored interior doors. The sleeping area consists of a master bathroom and three air-conditioned bedrooms: two single rooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a double room. The upper terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers, 2 armchairs and a bench, for relaxing breaks and open views.

A charming little house is situated in the oldest bit of Marittima a pretty village set on a hill looking down towards the crystal clear waters of the Sea. Marittima consists of two bars a family run Trattoria and a small local shop for buying fresh groceries. The house is on two floors ,whitewashed with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light,tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. Walking distance to the cove of Acquaviva and a minutes car drive down the unspoilt Salento coastline.

La casa, di recente costruzione, è totalmente autonoma e riservata. Pur essendo distante dal mare " Insenatura Acquaviva" circa cinquanta metri, è completamente immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea. Oltre a un grande terrazzo coperto con frangisole, dispone di un giardino circostante per un riposo pomeridiano all'ombra di un pino e altri alberi tipici del posto. Si può disporre del lastricato solare ove ammirare l'infinito del mare e la lunga estensione della costa.
