Our no-frills shepherd’s hut sits by the Drava River and a big wild meadow, just 4 km from Ptuj, Slovenia’s oldest town. Nature lovers (and friendly dogs) welcome! A nearby road offers easy access. Enjoy a BBQ lunch by the river, then relax as the sun sets, frogs sing, and stars light up the night sky. For the full countryside experience, earplugs are optional! Our wooden house is located in the middle of the pasture, where you can enjoy the peaceful natural environment. You have a kitchen and a bathroom inside. Join us for a relaxing nature getaway . If you want the whole experiance, you must stay for 4 nights. For 5 nights, we offer you free riding or treking.

It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Country Estate Ana is an iconic, insulated well repaired mid-19th century Slovenian house with views of the Haloze hills and vineyards. It is comfortable, quirky and one-of-a-kind. It does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. But certainly it provides you with a five star experience.

Welcome to a quiet home that offers great views and privacy. Enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna, perfect for lounging. The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer EV charging. Every item is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. For these extras (jakuzzi, sauna, car charging) we charge a supplement of €10 per use, allowing to maintain high quality and cleanliness of services.

Your vacation will be an experience, because our town Ptuj has a medieval castle, monasteries, monuments, wine cellars, a spa, golf and tennis courts, good restaurants and hospitable people.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
