The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

Die 25 qm große Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage in der Fußgängerzone von Marl-Hüls. In der ausgebauten Dachspitze befindet sich ein Schlafplatz mit sehr weitem Ausblick über die Dächer von Marl. Bis zu 2 Gäste können bequem auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten. Die Wohnung wurde in 2020/2021 komplett renoviert, ein neues Badezimmer wurde eingebaut. Zur Verfügung steht auch die komplett eingerichtete neue Küche. WLAN ist begrenzt verfügbar. Der Preis enthält auch sämtliche Gebühren von Airbnb.
