In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island is located in a reputable family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach around it.

Our garden is a common area and we are staying on the bottom floor ourselves. You can have a barbecue and set up your barbecue softwares in the garden.
