Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with domestic appliances. You can start your holiday with just your suitcase, without the need for any additional items. Due to its location on the beachfront and in the decent family environment of Avşa Island, there are very few daily accommodation facilities around it and it has the calmest beach. 1+1 penthouse, can accommodate two people.

Çamaşır makinası da olan bir diğer banyo bulunmaktadır. Mutfakta buzdolabı, bulaşık makinası ve tüm temel mutfak eşyaları mevcuttur. Bir adet dört kişilik masanın bulunduğu balkon mutfakla salonu birleştirir. Salonda bir adet 2 kişilik bir adet 3 kişilik oturma grubu ayrıca yuvarlak masa ve televizyon bulunmaktadır.

You can enjoy 100mt far from sea with sea view terrace&balcony. Can make BBQ(pre-check need) in garden and sunbathe in terrace with own privacy. Villa has 3 floor with 2 wc and bathroom. 3 queen size bedroom. We provide 2nd&3th floor to guests. Can walk to sea 2mins. You can fishing and diving in beach. You can enjoy with bosphorous view. You will wake up with birds sounds and relax in terrace which nearby olive trees also can eat organic vegetable also can drink local wine with ordered.

Mürefte suite - 1+1 room

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom. There is no balcony in our 1+1 rooms. Our other 3 rooms consist of a single double bed. 95 km to Tekirdağ Şarköy 12 km 198 km to Istanbul

Mountain Farmhouse with Sea View #3

You will witness the beauty of nature and have a pleasant holiday in the olive groves. You can sip your coffee under the vine leaves, enjoy the pool in hot weather and sunbathe in our pool surrounded by pine trees. You can keep your drinks in the mini bar in the pool and in the closet in our birdhouse, and you can play music as you wish. You can also cool off in the sea 200 meters away. You can enjoy the barbecue and taste the local delicacies in Mürefte.

A pleasant holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is a private house blended with art and garden pleasure. This apartment was the workshop of my late father-in-law, Painter Prof. Mustafa Asler's workshop. The apartment also exhibits his works and tools.
