A warm house with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, a hammock where you can enjoy the sun, a terrace where you can go down to the stream, a fire pit and a fireplace. You can accommodate 5 people with a double bed, a fold-out bed and a double sofa bed. Located in Istanbuldere village, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca, the markets and the lake.

Our house consists of two villas side by side; it has two floors, an open kitchen, living area, kitchenette, toilet/bathroom and veranda (the veranda can also be used as a winter garden) on the lower floor, and a terrace, large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms on the upper floor. All operators are available. We would love to welcome you in a peaceful environment with your family or friends, where you can walk in the enchanting atmosphere of nature, barbecue on your own 5-acre land.

Bir çok yere yakındır konum olarak mükemmeldir.Kocaeli KARTEPE ile SAPANCA sınırında bulunan yerimiz tamamını sizlerle paylaşıyoruz.Ister arkadaşlarınızla ister ailenizle vakit geçirebileceğiniz birçok aktiviteyi bir arada yapabileçeğiniz (Atv safari Zipline KARTEPE kayak At binme Mangal Göl kenarı kahvaltı vs.) muhteşem bir yer.
