Our experience on staying at the Villa was amazing, from the warm welcome by Yahya and Eissa to the smooth Checkout at the end. This was our first time, and definitely not the last.

The house was definitely very clean, we went for our friend's bachelor party, everything was clean, we had a great time, our belongings were moved to the house, we had no problems with communication, thank you very much.

We stayed two nights, it was very enjoyable. I recommend it to everyone.

A very nice apartment! I was at the university in Beykoz for four weeks for work and the two of us lived there very well. The apartment has what you need, e.g. a washing machine. The location is fantastic. View from the balcony of the Bosphorus! Supermarkets nearby, more shops in Pasabahce. A few minutes to the promenade on the Bosphorus. Transport connections are also good. Bus station 3 minutes away, in the evening there is a boat connection from the Golden Horn to Pasabahce. We would mist definitely visit again.

The owners were so friendly and polite the villa is clean and peaceful .. highly recommend and i will absolutely repeat the visit.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Beautiful location, the house is peaceful and well appointed. We went as mothers and children. The house is warm enough, the kitchen utensils are enough. We really enjoyed it. Most importantly, we are very relieved that they are flexible with check-in and checkout

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

I would say that you should once again think about the peace of mind that you will have in this place, the happiness that nature will create, the comfort of the jacuzzi, and the refreshment that the pool will provide. It is an exquisite place, only 2 km away from the center, and I swear you will not regret it, but I cannot prove it. I would like to thank Ms. Elif and Mr. Cem for their interest and concern.

Everything is excellent, except for bathing in cold water. The water heater needs to be restarted every day

The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything

My family and I, 5 sons, and I and my wife, lived in a very comfortable and clean residence, as if you were in a five-star hotel, and the host is cooperative, responsive, friendly, and very quiet neighborhood, and I highly recommend it, but you must have a driver or a car

There were large and small markets, butchers and greengrocers, where we could shop very close to the center. Despite this, the location of the house did not have a very isolated city sound. You start with the sounds of birds. It was also not very far from the walking trail for hikers. Everything in the house was stolen and as described. The hot pool was 7-24 hot :)
