Holiday rentals with lake access in Marmara Region

The house matches the photos, all was good. Great people, helped with everything. A cafe directly on the lack is exactly next to the houses and of which owned by the same people, it's great for chilling. Providing tea and coffee with no charges all day. I recommend it 100/100 👍

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. We went as 6 people, and as you can see in the photos, it has a very large area, the pool was clean, 6 people could easily fit in the pool, the hosts were very friendly people, they showed us everything and handed it over, thank you again

The house is as it appears in the photos, everything was thought out and the location was good. Ms. Çiğdem was interested. It was a pleasant stay that could be preferred again.

The room is very good. Clean and it had everything we needed. lots of retaurants, laundry and local shops around. However just a disclaimer, the location is very inconvenient for leisure Travellers. its around 1 hour 20 minutes by public transportation to the main town. The public transport connection is very good and frequent but still they are very crowded all the times and it could be annoying. If you have personal car then it might be possible. But overall a very good experience.

Very great houseing experience, even the price is affordable but the service is definitely super. Kadir is a kind and friendly host, he helped us moving the luggage both on our way of check-in and check-out, he even helped me translating while talking with the local taxi driver. The house is absolutely amazing, exactly the same according to the photos, nice and clean, and it’s great to taking pictures while suns out. Balat is also my fav district in Istanbul, almost all the rum churches in Istanbul are in walkable distance. And if u wanna visit downtown, the T5 tram train station is only 5 mins away from the door step, everything is convenient. I’m glad that we booked this gorgeous place, if we had chance coming back to Istanbul, this place would definitely be our first choice on the list.

Özlem is a wonderful host. She even guided me around the neighborhood to see some historical places. This neighborhood is awesome neighborhood, full of cafes and historical buildings. Özlem's apartment is one of the houses mentioned in the famous colorful houses street in the center of Istanbul. I was satisfied the bed was very big and very comfortable in the bedroom. By the way the transportation is very easy to reach her apartment. Tram, bus and ferry are very close. I definitely recommend Özlem's place.

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very beautiful. There was a single-vehicle parking lot. The view was perfect. We were very satisfied in general.

Sinan and his father Mahmoud are very good responsive people. They helped us with early check-in since our plane arrived early in the morning. Makhmud personally met us clarified everything. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious just as in the photo even better. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. We were very comfortable with 2 children. Mahmoud Abi quickly answered all questions. The location of the apartment is excellent close to all attractions. We had a great time. Thank you to the hosts We are very pleased .

It is a place where you can go very comfortably even by bus. Mr. Ereyhan's communication was very good. It's a very nice and clean house. You should definitely have a barbecue with a view. It is one of the best neighborhoods in İğneada. The sea is beautiful too. I'll definitely stop by again. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🙏

quiet, peaceful

If you want to have a beautiful experience with your loved ones in touch with nature, this is the place for you. It has everything you need in and out of the house on its large land. You can swim in the swimming pool, fish on the river's pier, have a barbecue on the patio, have a nice experience around the fire pit. Separately, the host was very caring and router.

A place where you can spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday in your own space, alone with nature. We had an experience that we definitely imagined. Thank you to Ms. Ayşe and her esteemed wife. Hope to meet again as soon as possible..

Mr. Haluk was very interested, he was available at any time and had thought of every detail and prepared it in advance. There was nothing missing from the house. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. After the stove burns, the house gets very hot, it helps completely with these issues, so we did not have any cold problems. The surroundings were very quiet and there were paths for hiking as well. You can sit in the garden and spend time by the fire or sit and chat with pleasure in the view upstairs. There is no grocery store nearby, you have to go by car, so you need to come prepared. There's not much phone reception, but we didn't mind, we're already coming here to get away from them. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice one already. Footnote: back out of the parking lot:)

The house is much more beautiful and spacious than it appears in the photos. It was nice to have a fire pit and barbecue in the garden. We loved the heated pool, the temperature and size were ideal, we could even swim in the pool at night. The rooms and beds were spotless. It is a little far away, there is no nearby market, etc. around it, there is a cafe in front of it, you can buy some basic food from there, Migros does not deliver to the location, so I recommend you to go after shopping. A calm and peaceful house in a beautiful village in Şile. We stayed for 3 nights and never needed to go out. The house is very attentive and beautifully done, comfortable. All kitchen supplies are available. Our neighbor was also a very lovely couple who lived there all the time. They also have a calm and sweet dog and they have a very calm dog in the garden. We also went with our dog and had no problems at all. Mr. Aytekin was very interested and quickly responded to all our questions. It was a nice break when we were resting. & Thank you for everything

The most beautiful feature of the place is the view of the lake and it makes you feel alone with nature. The house is just in the back, as in the pictures, there is a section that is off limits to guests. There are houses on both sides, but there's a distance that feels comfortable and free. The design of the garden, sitting area, etc. is stylish and simple. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a person who does her best to make you comfortable. Also equipped and friendly. You'll love it when you get to know it. Everything was as nice as we expected during our short vacation. See you again…
