Great house in the village of Turunç, walking distance to the beach 200m, next to a supermarket, excellent hospitality, with breakfast included at the nearby Vesper Cocktail bar. Thoroughly recommended to anyone considering Marmaris.

The house is in a beautiful place as a location. It is very easy to get to the sea and you can also spend time in the sunbeds of the house. The only problem is that the mains water is a little salty, otherwise it is a house that I can choose to stay in the sogut. Ms. Seda is a caring host. Thanks again...

We had a very pleasant 3 days. Ms. Seval and Mr. Fuat were very friendly hospitable, friendly people. They were thoughtful enough to leave a treat for us:) The house was beautiful, clean as described. All the necessities were thought out, the materials used were the comfort of a 5-star hotel with everything in quality. We were very pleased. You can stay without thinking.

Thank you for your interest in Mr. Çınar. If you have a car, it is 15-20 minutes to get to the center of Marmaris. There are grocery stores 5 min drive to the house and it is a very calm location. You have to go in the morning hours so that you can find the house when you first leave, unfortunately, it is a little difficult to remove the house in the dark. We are very happy that you can have a good time with your family and friends.

We stayed at this villa for two weeks, and I must say, the experience was simply magnificent. The house spans three floors and has two kitchens, making it incredibly spacious. Everything is brand new, and the villa features a wonderful large swimming pool. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away. The owner is very hospitable and pleasant, always quick to respond and assist with any questions we had. I highly recommend this villa. We had such a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay the villa, it’s in a great location easy to walk to shops and restaurants and far enough to feel private. The pool is great!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

We had a chance (excuse) to take an out of season break, all four of our Birthdays fall within one week. This year one of us had a landmark Birthday, so we wanted to make it really special. The owner, hosts, staff, location provided the perfect back drop to relax, unwind, eat healthy fresh Turkish food, and most importantly celebrate. We he villas are private each with their own little swimming pool, walled garden and grass area. The kitchenette is simple but we didn’t really feel like we wanted to cook, with access to such a lovely restaurant. Nothing was to much, my wife and I are vegetarian (sorry) we asked for more local dishes. When they found out that is was a birthday week they brought birthday cakes for us all. They catered for our every wish, they provided beach towels, and extra sun loungers when we had guests. There’s a text service where any questions are answered promptly and they’ll even provide a buggy to anywhere in the complex, the children loved it.

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

So in fear of looking silly but wanting to leave an honest review. We arrived a day early. (dont ask, booking flights and accomadation separately with mutiple people can be confusing) Ehat was kind enough to organise a transfer from Dalaman airport to the appartment, and when we arrived (a day early) his response was fast and very helpful. thankfully no one was at the accomadation and he was able to let us stay a day earlier than booked. he also made a call and orgainised a car to collect us from the airport and met us at the apartment. (above and beyond helpful)

It was a very clean, comfortable, pleasant and complete villa experience for us. We stayed with ten people and had no difficulty, on the contrary, everything from the toilet to the rooms to the kitchen and pool was spotless and very useful. Everything has been thought out. In nature, walking distance to the sea, it also has a view in a room upstairs. Apart from that, Mr. Hakan was a very kind and thoughtful, caring and helpful host in everything. Turunc is a really sweet and decent place. The sea is great, their place is nice and not expensive, the tradesmen are on their own and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay overall, would definitely come back again for another lengthy stay. :) Pros: -Cleanliness -Spacious and functional -Well equipped (e.g. kitchenware, utensils, beddings, etc.) -Great pool -Responsive and helpful host Cons: -The hotel across the street is unnecessarily and surprisingly loud and annoying. (pretty much every single day of the week) -Living room could use more light fixtures -The balcony/porch on the main floor should have a fence, especially if there are children present.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

The house had everything we might need. I think transportation without a car is impossible, Marmaris is far from the center. You can reach the bays in the Söğüt neighborhood by car in 5 minutes. You will also need a car for the market and other needs. The house, garden and pool are spotless. It was the best house I've ever stayed in through Airbnb:) We thank Ms. Buse, who also helped with activities, bays to visit, boats, etc. :)

We had a holiday in a villa for the first time, but we regretted why we didn't do it before because it was just great, Mr. Hakan was very hospitable, he welcomed us very well, and the care they gave to the villa was magnificent, we were not missing anything, and it was too much, so we were very satisfied, I hope we will go again.
