Il grazioso bilocale, rinnovato internamente in tutte le sue parti, fa parte di un complesso residenziale ristrutturato esternamente nel 2017, ubicato a 150 m dalla spiaggia attrezzata, in posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione del treno (200 m), e dall'uscita dell'autostrada (1,5 km).
