Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

I can only recommend Jacopo's accommodation! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet environment. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

Luciano and his wife were really welcoming and very helpful, always ready to respond to our needs! They also provided us with a cot for our baby to sleep in. The house is really beautiful, new and complete with everything you need. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the sea and very close to the historic center. Another positive note is the presence of the elevator that starts from the basement where there are 2 parking spaces. We'll be back!

We spent 3 really pleasant days in this apartment, perfect for a holiday with a toddler. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and located in a very convenient location: very close to the promenade for walks, but also the center can be easily reached on foot. The parking and garage were super convenient: you can park upon arrival and forget about the car, because everything is at your fingertips: restaurants, shops, amenities. A special thank you to Gabriele, accurate, kind and always available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd be happy to come back to.

Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. We had a perfect beach vacation thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, a few steps from the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was quite cool even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect house for families with children, equipped with everything (high chair, carpet, cot, plates and cutlery for children) less than 1 minute from the sea. Mrs. Monica is super kind and helpful. To go back!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Our short stay in Pesaro was extremely pleasant, also thanks to Paola's wonderful welcome. The apartment, brand new and equipped with every comfort, is conveniently located: close to the seafront and downtown and, at the same time, located in a quiet and quiet street. The garden in front of the house allowed us to enjoy breakfast outdoors... for main meals, the area is full of great clubs and supermarkets. The covered parking spot is extremely convenient. Paola welcomed us upon arrival, making us feel welcome guests and giving us valuable directions on what to do in the city and nearby... I highly recommend this accommodation, even for multiple consecutive days: the apartment is cozy and pleasant to live in.
