we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Simone and Silvia were very kind. They came to pick us up at the station when we arrived and took us to the end of the stay. The property is very well furnished and we didn't miss anything. It's highly recommended. We'll be back.

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

Marco is a host of extreme kindness and availability. He was always available for any clarification request is very accurate in the information about the house, the location is optimal and parking is also easy to find. In the area there are shops within walking distance and a nice walk along the sea in a very central location. The house is located all on one floor and is equipped with a very nice equipped terrace accessed through a spiral staircase, really delicious! Highly recommend! Thank you for your rare courtesy and gentleness!

Beautiful place. Very clean and great location.

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Matteo places was super nice to my family! Near to the beaches, surrounded by good restaurants and shopping places! He is super responsive and support in all during our stay! I was traveling with my family, me, my wife, 2 kids and a small dog! 😃

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return. We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.
