Ideally located between the Vézère Valley, Sarlat and the Dordogne Valley, it is composed of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. It has a large covered terrace opening onto the countryside. 5 minutes away, you have the Tamniès Leisure Pond. You have the option to walk to Château de Commarque.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.

A lovely and charming 300 year old stone house in the middle of the prehistoric area in the Dordogne. Situated in the Vezere valley in a tiny beautiful hamlet of 4 houses and about 150 meter from the river the Vezere. Private pool. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides
