Very pleasant stay in this accommodation, located in a peaceful and renovated area of the Lille metropolis on the banks of Deûle, in the city of Marquette. The apartment is very clean and warm, and has a balcony with a beautiful view on the edge of Deûle on the seventh floor of a new building. The place is well insulated and we didn't have any noise or temperature issues. A numbered location was included for our vehicle in a large private car park at the foot of the residences. Also, a large "game bar" type bistro recently opened at the foot of the neighboring building, 30 meters from the entrance. A little further, 200 meters away is a convenience store for small errands. We appreciated the communication with our host Stéphanie who was proactive, concise and caring when it came to informing us about minor details not mentioned and the access instructions. It's a good value and I'll keep a good memory of it

Aurelie's place is charming, in walking distance of the shops and close to the metro. The room is spacious and you'll have a private en-suite bathroom. I had a lovely time here and I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a longer rental and work remotely.
