Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Cette maison de charme peux accueillir 2, 3 ou 4 personnes. Elle est entièrement dédiée à l'éveil des sens, tout est pensé pour y passer un moment inoubliable. Retrouvez des prestations de qualités et insolites : baignoire balnéo, ameublement spécifique... Ook perfect voor een solo-retraite of een romantisch verblijf met z'n tweeën. De sfeervolle slaapvide is compact en daarom vooral geschikt voor gasten die goed ter been zijn.

The house is located in the village of Bénévent l'Abbaye, labeled "Petite Cité de Caractère", in the heart of the Creuse countryside, where lovers of authenticity, sports, and many others... with family, friends, everyone will find their happiness! Bénévent l'Abbaye is also: the Scénovision, the 12th century Abbey, hiking trails such as the Way of St. James and the Ouest Creuse cycle route, a biological swimming pool 4 km away and many other visits nearby!

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.
