Nous mettons. notre maison de famille à disposition pour vos vacances ou séjours dans la "campagne-urbaine" périgourdine, à 10min en voiture de Périgueux. Elle est très fonctionnelle, à quelques encablures de la rivière, de la forêt et d'une voie cyclable (voie verte). Le voisinage est calme et discret. Nous devons vous dire que notre chat sera présent, nous ne pouvons l'emmener avec nous en périple. Il n'est pas encombrant, il vous demandera seulement quelques croquettes et il dort dehors.

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
