The location of the house allows you to: - take part in the sunset, with the sun slowly setting over the sea that turns red; - share the dawn with the sun rising slowly; -participate in the breath of the sea and nature. You arrive as tourists and are treated as guests.

The apartment is accessed from the courtyard which is the only thing in common with the floor below, where there is another inhabited apartment.
