House holiday rentals in Marsaxlokk

We really enjoyed our stay in Matthew & Elaine’s town house with our 11 month old daughter. Communication was friendly and fast and when we missed a baby chair Elaine came to bring it to us right away. It should be noted that there is a lot of construction going on, at both sides of the house, but it’s not on a all day every day basis so it didn’t bother us too much. The walk to the beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to walk to the town square with some bars. If you have a rental car the whole island is easily accessible. Last of all we really appreciated the ‘welcome package’ with some fresh produce. Thanks!

We had a truly AMAZING stay at Bebuxxa Farmhouse :)! We were with a group of 12 and were sooo at home here. The large kitchen, the outside aerea with a beautiful pool, grand living room with cosy couches and even a fireplace for which Steve arranged some firewood for us! All the rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. We really loved the view over the green lands and the sea in the background. Sunset and stars were truly mesmerising! When we come back with another group next year we definitely return to Steve's place :)! It's private and luxiourious and homy all together. Steve answered very fast to all our questions and accomodated us really very well. Grazi, grazi :)!!

This place was fantastic. The host was friendly and responsive. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Have just returned from 2 fabulous weeks at Christian and Lara’s beautiful farmhouse and fully concur with the previous positive reviews. If anything the whole experience exceeded our expectations from first communication to the day we left. There is a parking space but car rental really isn’t necessary as the bus service is excellent and provides access all over the island. A 7 day bus pass (tallinja card 25€) allows unlimited travel on all services on Malta and Gozo including the express bus to and from the airport. Taxis are plentiful and good value with an Uber from Gozo ferry terminal to the property for under 10€. The hourly Gozo fast ferry is also great value and takes only 45mins to Valletta. Christian and Lara are lovely hosts and they have obviously put in a great deal of effort and attention in providing everything you need to make your holiday truly memorable. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending.

We had a great stay at Joe and Lillian's lovely place. They were super-helpful giving us clear instructions and directions, as well as good tips for local places to go. We had one question while we were there and Joe responded straight away. He also took the trouble to call to make sure we were OK after a storm swept over Gozo one day (thankfully the storm didn't stay!). The property is really comfortable and full of character and rustic charm. We loved the upstairs terrace which is a gorgeous sun trap and we also enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden enjoying the afternoon sun. The location is nice and quiet and the village square is within walking distance - in addition to the impressive church it has a few good places to eat drink and have coffee - we tried most of them! We really enjoyed the walk to one of the local bays which Joe had recommended, and all in all really loved our second visit to the island of Gozo.

We spent five days at Mary-Rose's property. It is as beautiful as the photos suggest. Very comfortable. Thank you to Mary Rose for leaving some welcome essentials (milk, bread, coffee, etc). Lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a peaceful experience in Malta, living alongside the locals.

nous avons un excellent séjour dans ce duplex super équipé de quoi se sentir comme à la maison. la literie était très confortable. et après de longues promenades quel plaisir de se détendre dans la piscine jacuzzi chauffée. la maison est située près des commerces et activités et bien desservie par les bus qui vous mène partout. c'est une location que je conseil vraiment. j y retournerai avec plaisir. merci Karl pour ta gentillesse et ta disponibilité. esmeralda et Michel

Zeer ruime en mooi accommodatie! Wij waren met 6 mannen op reis. Alles was aanwezig! Heel proper. Leuk buiten & binnen zwembad. Gezellig zitten in de avond aan de pool of op Het dak terras na een bbq! Veel informatie gekregen. Zeer makkelijk te vinden. Op wandel afstand van het centrum maar toch rustig gelegen! Communicatie verloopt zeer vlot! Altijd reactie bij vragen. Ook aan tips en info niets te kort. Aanrader!

Apartamento muy completo, muchos pequeños detalles que se agradecen durante la estancia. Camas muy cómodas y barrio a 10 minutos andando de la estación de buses y de la Valeta. Sin dudarlo 100% recomendable para visitar Malta

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Bormla! The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the waterfront, historic sites, and the ferry to Valletta. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of local charm, offering a true taste of Maltese life. The apartment was perfect for our family, including our two young children. We were also pleasantly surprised by how easy parking was – we could comfortably park our rental car on the street nearby and were just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful and charming details. We especially appreciated the family-friendly touches – plenty of space, useful kitchen amenities, and even a washing machine. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay.We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and comfortable stay in Malta. Malta is a truly wonderful!

Spent 4 weeks in Michelle’s wonderful house, from start to finish it was so much more than we expected. We loved the area, great local small grocery shops, butchers and greengrocer, fresh produce available. You’ll be in a residential area and the beautiful streets resound with the maltese people living their lives. St philips church is beautiful a couple of minutes away , there is a service 9.30 sunday mornings, i was made very welcome. Shops and Bus bus stop 3 minutes away with regular cheap buses to Valletta, 2 euros each , change at Valletta bus terminal where you can then hop on to a bus to anywhere else on Malta, using the same ticket if it’s within a 2 hour period. Bolt and uber are reliable. The house itself is a bit of a challenge with many levels and stairs. If you organise your day you can cook either in downstairs kitchen or on 2 ring hob on roof terrace, there’s also a fridge. Just make sure you have all that’s needed upstairs . The views over harbour are stunning

This was a great air BnB. Good location, friendly hosts and excellent facilities. The house is hard to imagine from the photos, but it is wonderful. Beautiful, homely and very practical too. Well-equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, shampoo/shower gel, tea/coffee and hair dryer all included. Comfy memory foam mattresses. We loved the little courtyard/terrace space and appreciated the quietness too, whilst still being super close to town. A great location for visiting Mdina and Rabat’s own sights of interest. Also very close to the bus stops to connect you with other sites. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely place.

We had a good stay at Jake’s Airbnb. Everything was as described and he was responsive when we had any questions. The location is really great - right near the ferry to Valletta and lots of buses too. The place is as described and we especially appreciated the washing machine after a few swims. Thanks for a nice stay!

We loved our stay at strawberry Field farm house! Elias was incredibly welcoming and the house was beautiful. It was spotless tastefully decorated and a very relaxing place to stay. The rooftop Terrace was also beautiful - stunning views to sit out and enjoy the hot tub. We would definitely recommend it and would love to go back. We also highly recommend Bottega Frawli restaurant.

Muy buena localización y anfitrión muy atento

We loved absolutely everything about this Airbnb! Not only is it super cute but it had everything we needed for our full week stay. We especially loved being able to do laundry. The location was perfect for us… a quick walk to the beautiful Lower Barrakka Gardens and many restaurants. Also, an easy pick up spot for ride share so we didn’t have to walk far at all with our luggage. The area was super peaceful and quiet at night. The host was quick to reply and incredibly friendly! We hope to stay again!

Julie is an amazing host. Very responsive and went above and beyond to help us at every turn especially when I injured my foot while sightseeing and was in a moon boot and on crutches. She tried to organise wheelchair assistance for me and checked on me every day, offering help. Any questions we had, she was quick with a response. Her place is gorgeous with wonderful touches to make you feel at home. Bus stop and supermarket are in easy walking distance. I would book her place again without hesitation. Five stars 🌟 all the way!

Apartamentul este echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie și este amplasat destul de aproape de centrul orașului Paola. Este situat la aproximativ 10 min. de mers pe jos de stația de autobuz . De asemenea, este la 10 min de aeroport de mers cu mașina (Bolt, Uber). In apropiere se găsesc mai multe magazine și restaurante accesibile ca preț.

Location comodissima a 10 min dal centro storico, vicina alla fermata del bus che ti portano più o meno ovunque sull’isola. Posto semplicissimo da trovare. L’appartamento è più grande di come sembra in foto, pulitissimo, molto carino. Facilissimo il check in. Sinceramente non posso che raccomandarlo.

Hauke und Ana sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir erhielten viele Hinweise für Unternehmungen und Sightseeing. Die Wohnungen ist ganz in der Nähe vom alten Stadtzentrum Valletta mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Der. Busbahnhof ist ebenso nah und von dort kommt man mit dem Bus zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten vom Malta. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich. Wir habe uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Il n’y a rien à dire sur cette location, tout était parfait, propre, très agréable avec son petit jardin intérieur jessica est très réactive. L’emplacement est top car proche du centre historique de la Valette, si je retourne à Malte, c’est avec grand plaisir que je reprendrais le logement de Jessica.

Malta is the most stunningly beautiful place I have ever been to. The grandness of the buildings, the 360 ocean views, and the blueness of the water come together to create a hell of an experience. There is tons to do, and the house is in an incredible spot. I would recommend going to Grain Street for dinner - it’s a 3 time Michelin Star restaurant and is less expensive than a lot of the other places on the island. I would recommend checking out the blue grotto and blue lagoon for super beautiful nature and blue water. Hagar Qim has some crazy cool old temples from 5000-7000 years ago! All in all, insanely good trip!

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato, situato in un'oasi di assoluto e totale silenzio, quasi surreale per una zona trafficata come Sliema. Il balcone al primo piano affaccia su un piacevole spazio verde. L’aria condizionata funziona perfettamente, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani profumano, ed il posto è molto accogliente. Unici due nei: la campana della chiesa vicina, che suona ogni mattina alle 06:45 (ma di notte non si sente nulla) e il bagno "moderno", che ha la doccia in vetro trasparente, non ideale se tenete alla vostra privacy: avrei preferito una chiusura totale a muro, oppure almeno vetri oscurati, come è stato fatto nella parte del WC, che comunque lascia passare... tutti i rumori. Io per fortuna sono andato da solo, quindi non ho avuto nessuno di questi problemi. L’host è stato molto comunicativo e disponibile alle mie necessità. Nonostante i piccoli dettagli, è stato uno dei soggiorni migliori che ho avuto a Malta. Veramente consigliato, una gemma rara.

Tias apartment was perfectly located. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We paid about €10 for an Uber from the airport to the apartment. You can walk to the neighboring town in around 15 minutes and take the ferry to Valletta, or choose one of the small boats for just €3. They are only about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. For us, it was the perfect place to explore the area. We took an Uber to Marsaxlokk for about €10, spent a day in Valletta, and explored the Three Cities. Tias was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips and was always easy to reach. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
