Super schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool. Wunderbare Aussicht und sehr ruhig und erholsam, weil eben auch sehr abgelegen.

Ottimo weekend lungo in occasione di Umbria Jazz...Casale ristrutturato con gusto in una oasi di relax (preziosa la piscina) a meno di un quarto d'ora da Perugia e dai suoi concerti. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

Charmantes kleines Häuschen um zur Ruhe zu kommen in einem kleinen, abgelegenen Dorf um dem Trubel zu entkommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, umso erfreuten waren wir im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage zu finden und uns im Pool abzukühlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und denken gerne daran zurück.

Gli esterni sono il vero punto di forza! ci siamo rilassate nella vasca idromassaggio ed ammirato un tramonto incantevole. Robbie è stato veramente gentile e presente. 5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Molino Verde (Appartement Ginestra) und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung, das Anwesen, der Garten im Olivenhain und der traumhaft saubere und große Pool sind unbeschreiblich schön. Haben Orte, wie Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi und Orvieto besucht. Alles mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Zum Abschluss gab es immer eine Erfrischung im Pool. Barbecue und Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Sogar im Olivenöl gibt es lauschige Plätze mit Hängematten zum Entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Nicoletta und Fabiana, die so lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Auch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Saskia, die uns von der Buchung bis zum Abschied begleitet hat. Alles Liebe und Gute, a presto Familie Roth Ps. Das Olivenöl von Molino Verde schmeckt vorzüglich und wir haben gleich noch Vorrat für Zuhause mitgenommen.

Agnese’s place is comfortable, spotless, and beautiful. She is one of the kindest, responsive hosts, if not the best. The place is close to all spiritual places in Assisi and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We are looking forward to coming back some day.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Super Lage um die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Mit prächtiger Aussicht über das Tal mit Assisi Spello Trevi und viele weitere Orte im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung sehr nett eingeteilt und eingerichtet und eine richtig angenehme Ruhe zum Entspannen nach den Ausflügen. Sollten wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Umbrien machen, wird das mit sicherheit wieder unsere Unterkunft werden.

L’appartamento ha superato ogni aspettativa. Mi ha offerto un’accoglienza impeccabile e mi ha messo nelle migliori condizioni per scoprire e vivere un territorio ricco di sorprese, emozioni e angoli inattesi. Un’esperienza che ha reso il soggiorno non solo confortevole, ma anche profondamente ispirante.

Ottima esperienza per un lungo weekend di inizio maggio. L'alloggio è stupendo, tranquillo, tenuto perfettamente (e quotidianamente manutenuto). La casa è immersa in un bosco e circondata da ulivi e alberi tipici della zona, quasi sulla cima di una collina, esposta a sud. Torneremo sicuramente, perchè sia noi adulti che i nostri bambini siamo stati benissimo! Grazie agli host per l'impegno e la disponibilità che ci hanno dimostrato.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Casa splendida, vista spettacolare, arredamenti curati. La signora Marina è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Soggiorno da sogno, torneremo sicuramente!
