Grey parquet floors in all rooms, partly plastered interior walls, slanted ceilings but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Yale doorman lock with code. Shower/laundry with washing machine and dryer. 3 private parking spaces with engine heater. Small terrace on 1st floor and sun terrace at ground level.

Welcome! It's in a quiet villa area with good communication to Arlanda airport and Sigtuna (24h bus) , Stockholm center. It's in basement (1/2) with own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing area etc. Total is 65m². The living/bedroom is 30 m² with storages beside. There are three beds=80*200, one single bed=90*200, one folding bed=90*200. All of kitchenware are available including a new refrigerator. One parking place and WIFI are free. (Towel and washing machine are not included).

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.

it was so lovely to stay at Maria's! it's a perfect location if you want to explore the other side of Stockholm 💖 the old cozy part. it's close to the airport, close to Uppsala, and to Sigtuna 🥰 which is so cozy and beautiful! the place feels like home, like you're in your own farm. plenty of nature parks around also if you are looking to escape the busy life in the city. Maria is very responsive. highly recommend!

Our stay at Sofia's house was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful, full of charm, and very well equipped — it has a very authentic Swedish feel, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The location in Sigtuna is ideal: a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the lake and the town. Sophia was a wonderful host — kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to fully enjoy the Walpurgis Night celebrations in Sigtuna, which made our stay even more special. Thank you again, Sofia!

This cottage was ideal for me: close to the airport (20 minutes) while being absolutely quiet, for a restful night after a long day of driving (It is however necessary to use the GPS to find it). The cleanliness is impeccable and the bedding complete, and Maria is a model for her good welcome and kindness. Without a doubt, if I return to Sweden, I will stay at this cottage again.
